Acrylic, PC and other high-end furnishings or car lights also use this product extensively on fixed molds and mold cores.

Due to the addition of 1% nickel, even a 1000m/m thick steel block has almost the same core hardness and surface hardness. The gloss of the injected product is not comparable to that of P20.

The supplied hardness is HRC 27-33, which is the best crystalline structure.

The manganese content of this product is as high as 2% and the sulfur content is reduced, so its strength and toughness are greatly improved.

So it reduces the phenomenon of hot cracking, and is suitable for molds with insufficient water cooling.
